1.2 Non-Refundable Items

2. Event Cancellations and Rescheduling
2.1 Canceled Events
If an event is canceled, TicketNow will issue a refund for the ticket price (excluding service fees) unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
2.2 Rescheduled Events
In the case of a rescheduled event, your ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. Refunds for rescheduled events are subject to the event organizer’s policy.
